Shipping & Returns

All items for return must be received within 30 days of purchase from the initial date you received your purchase. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If your return arrives after the 30 days of the original order date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if it is received in the original condition, unworn, with original tags proof of purchase receipt , and accompanying accessories to be eligible for a refund. For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Please use the enclosed shipping document and shipping label when making a return. If you choose not to use the enclosed UPS shipping label, we recommend that you send insured with tracking capabilities as SCARCI will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. If you would like to make an online exchange, please return the original item for refund, log into your account and place a new order for the preferred item. Returns and exchanges are typically processed within one week of being received at our warehouse; please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
